Back in September of 2008 the State of California filed suit against 3 Synthetic turf manufacturers for excessive lead content. Unfortunately, this suit has caused all of the artificial turf industry to be seen with much disfavor by much of the public.

With such bad news being picked up by major news wires, it is difficult to not be thrown in the category of those being named in the suit. The many attributes of synthetic turf and the solutions it offers quickly gets lost in a headline.
